As an IT Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Under the guidance of experienced professionals at Rydal Communications, you will gain hands-on experience across various areas of IT, including networking, security, software development, and technical support.
In this role, youll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsofts core business applications and operating systems
- Provide accurate information on IT products and services
- Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers.
- Support of disaster recovery solutions.
- Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and responding accordingly
- System documentation maintenance and review in ticketing system
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits:
- £13,312 per annum
- Monday Friday between 08:00 18:00 on a rolling rota basis
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
